Swag & Merchandise Lead
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and inventory of conference swag and merchandise
- Coordinate with sponsors on sponsor-provided swag
- Ensure swag is available for distribution at events
- Track swag budget and expenses
Key Activities:
- Work with Sponsorship Manager to determine swag needs
- Source and order t-shirts, stickers, and other conference merchandise
- Coordinate collection of sponsor swag items
- Organize swag bags or distribution strategy
- Set up and manage swag distribution at events
- Track inventory and report on quantities
- Handle any post-event merchandise fulfillment

Time Commitment:
- Varies by role and proximity to events
- Expect increased time commitment as events approach
- Most year-round roles: 2 – 5 hours per week
