A/V, Recording, & Photography Lead


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage audio/visual equipment for all presentation spaces
  • Record presentations (with speaker permission)
  • Coordinate photography and videography during event
  • Ensure quality recordings and photos for post-event use

Key Activities:

  • Test A/V equipment in all rooms before sessions
  • Provide microphones, projectors, and technical support for speakers
  • Record presentations and manage video files
  • Photograph keynotes, sessions, and event activities
  • Troubleshoot A/V issues during presentations
  • Edit and publish recordings post-event
  • Provide photos to Communications team

Time Commitment:

  • Varies by role and proximity to events
  • Expect increased time commitment as events approach
  • Conference roles ramp up significantly 1 – 2 months before the event
  • Event days typically require full-day commitment
