Content & Programming Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all conference content including presentations, workshops, and villages
- Manage speaker operations and workshop coordination
- Ensure high-quality, diverse, and engaging programming
- Coordinate with CFP Committee (Board of Directors) on speaker selection
- Create and manage conference schedule
Key Activities:
- Work with Board on Call for Papers (CFP) process
- Coordinate speaker confirmations and communications
- Build conference schedule with appropriate breaks and timing
- Manage room assignments for talks and workshops
- Ensure diversity in speaker lineup and topics
- Coordinate A/V and technical requirements with Technical Operations
- Handle speaker changes or cancellations
Skills Required:
- Program management experience
- Understanding of cybersecurity topics and trends
- Scheduling and logistics coordination
- Communication and relationship management
- Decision-making under time constraints
Time Commitment:
- Varies by role and proximity to events
- Expect increased time commitment as events approach
- Conference roles ramp up significantly 1 – 2 months before the event
- Event days typically require full-day commitment
