Speaker Operations Lead

Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all speakers
- Coordinate speaker logistics and requirements
- Manage speaker communications before, during, and after event
- Ensure speakers have necessary information and support
Key Activities:
- Send speaker confirmation and information packets
- Collect speaker bios, photos, and presentation materials
- Coordinate speaker arrival times and check-in
- Manage speaker room and green room
- Handle speaker questions and special requests
- Coordinate with A/V team on technical requirements
- Send thank you communications and certificates post-event

Time Commitment:
- Varies by role and proximity to events
- Expect increased time commitment as events approach
- Conference roles ramp up significantly 1 – 2 months before the event
- Event days typically require full-day commitment
