A/V, Recording, & Photography Lead
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage audio/visual equipment for all presentation spaces
- Record presentations (with speaker permission)
- Coordinate photography and videography during event
- Ensure quality recordings and photos for post-event use
Key Activities:
- Test A/V equipment in all rooms before sessions
- Provide microphones, projectors, and technical support for speakers
- Record presentations and manage video files
- Photograph keynotes, sessions, and event activities
- Troubleshoot A/V issues during presentations
- Edit and publish recordings post-event
- Provide photos to Communications team

Time Commitment:
- Varies by role and proximity to events
- Expect increased time commitment as events approach
- Conference roles ramp up significantly 1 – 2 months before the event
- Event days typically require full-day commitment
