Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate volunteer check-in and support
  • Ensure volunteers have necessary information and resources

  • Create and distribute volunteer schedules
  • Conduct volunteer orientation or briefings
  • Assign volunteers to specific roles and shifts
  • Monitor volunteer coverage during event
  • Thank and recognize volunteers post-event
