Swag & Merchandise Lead


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and inventory of conference swag and merchandise
  • Coordinate with sponsors on sponsor-provided swag
  • Ensure swag is available for distribution at events
  • Track swag budget and expenses

Key Activities:

  • Work with Sponsorship Manager to determine swag needs
  • Source and order t-shirts, stickers, and other conference merchandise
  • Coordinate collection of sponsor swag items
  • Organize swag bags or distribution strategy
  • Set up and manage swag distribution at events
  • Track inventory and report on quantities
  • Handle any post-event merchandise fulfillment

Time Commitment:

  • Varies by role and proximity to events
  • Expect increased time commitment as events approach
  • Most year-round roles: 2 – 5 hours per week
  • Event days typically require full-day commitment
